Visit the alchemist studio
The studio and shop of Polina Stepanova are situated in the green heart of central Italy, a small medieval town called Torgiano.
The origins of the first buildings here derive from the pagan, Etruscan times. Even the name of the town is translated as "the tower of Janus", a two-faced ancient roman divinity, representing portals between realities and times. The history of this place strongly resonates with inspirastions behind Polina's artworks that bridge the realities of ancient and contemporary, physical and spiritual, human and cosmic.
